Gray Line’s Hotel Pass allows you to buy discounted hotel nights in advance. Each pass purchased gives you the right to stay one night at one of the hotels from the program's brochure.
Using our Hotel Pass is easy:
Call the hotel of your choice one day before your arrival to inquire about their availability.
Fax the pass or passes that you will use to pay for your stay to the hotel - one pass per night.
Upon your arrival to the hotel, give the original passes to the person checking you in.
Remember, given that the Hotel Pass rates are discounted, certain conditions apply to their use.
Hotel Passes allow for a maximum of three guests per room.
You may not reserve more than 24 hours earlier than your arrival day (48 hours for your first night in San José).
Reservations are subject to availability and must be done directly to the hotel.
